John, I felt very badly when I opened my e-mail this morning to find a negative review and to see that you feel you were overcharged. We definitely do not want our customers to leave feeling as though they were taken advantage of in any way. I discussed this with both our service manager as well as the overall general manager of the store. I am told that due to the technology, there are certain diagnostic processes that must be checked before they were even able to get to the battery. I did also go out and confirm this with our technician. He said there was truly no way around it.
I understand that what's done is done. However, we pride ourselves on customer service, and the last thing we want is for you to be unhappy. Great working with Chad Edwards in sales. He���s good. I went in for a half ton nothing fancy pickup and walked out with a breakdown new 2020 LTZ 2500 HD. He got me good! Haha. But great treatment and very accommodating. Service department is top notch as well. Service department from our last vehicle is the reason I only wanted to buy from Schimmers regardless of price.

Our salesman Tony Milus was great. He treated us with respect and did not get 'pushy'. The other employees at the dealership were always very helpful and friendly, even though they weren't going to get credit for the sale. So far, I am very pleased with the dealership.
