They picked up my truck from my wife���s place of work and then called me to tell me the problem and explain what needed to be done, I told them to go ahead and fix the problem and they did and had the truck done and back to my wife before she got off work, Chad was very good about telling me what needed to be done and how much it would cost
John, I felt very badly when I opened my e-mail this morning to find a negative review and to see that you feel you were overcharged. We definitely do not want our customers to leave feeling as though they were taken advantage of in any way. I discussed this with both our service manager as well as the overall general manager of the store. I am told that due to the technology, there are certain diagnostic processes that must be checked before they were even able to get to the battery. I did also go out and confirm this with our technician. He said there was truly no way around it.
I understand that what's done is done. However, we pride ourselves on customer service, and the last thing we want is for you to be unhappy.
