It was great

This was my 3rd truck purchased at Schimmer Chevy. I have been on the fence for awhile due to my fear of all the technology. Finally, my fear of being without a warranty over ran the tech fear, and I stopped in to see Chad. He has always treated me like a person instead of just a sale, and I feel comfortable asking him questions. He was great at making sure I got the basics that are important to me, and explained the tech stuff that is new. I have also been treated well by the service department with my past trucks, so I will continue to visit them when needed.

Scott Jackson took the time to explain our options so we could make the best decision for us. No pressure just facts. That's why we've purchased 3 vehicles from Shimmers.

You always are so accommodating and treat me very well. The pick-up of my vehicle and return make it nice and easy for a working person. Thanks so much.

Chad was awesome and patient with us. Could of explained before hand how Much more payments would go up if getting extended warranty so we would have known it before signing papers.
