Get what you pay for

I have had my car for a year. The transmission went out the 2nd month I had it ON A HIGHWAY. It was replaced. Fast forward 10 months later, it went out again ON A HIGHWAY THE WEEK OF CHRISTMAS. The service center doesn’t have an appointment until 12/28. I’m so tired if this car.… - 5.0
Best choice for us
By JP | on Tuesday, November 10, 2020
We've owned this car for 2 years now, we purchased it with ~30k miles and now it's close to ~50k. Some highlights: - Interior is beautiful - Ride is quiet - The 3 types of drive modes (Normal, Eco, and Sport) are really useful. We use Sport mode when we are launching onto the interstate and Eco to cruise. In Sport it's very punchy in eco it's still fairly punchy. Really helpful when you want to be gas conscious but have moments like turning left onto a busy road that you need that extra punch. - 40-47 MPG in Eco. We were averaging around 42 on the interstate in Eco mode on some of our longer trips. We get about 36 MPG in normal mode. - No major problems - Comfortable to sit in. I'm 5'11" my wife is 5'6" and we both feel comfortable. - Back seats are a little tight but not terrible Sometimes it feels like the car doesn't respond as quickly as you would like when making gear changes, like it's a little indecisive about changing gears. Being in ECO mode helps the ride to be smoother through gear changes and flushing your system during your oil change improves the overall responsiveness.… - 5.0
3rd time Hyundai Owner
By NoExcuses | on Wednesday, October 28, 2020
I can't say enough good things about this car. I have owned a 2008 Hyundai Tucson, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra (which I gave to my daughter) and now a 2018 Elantra Ltd. I did a lot of research before I bought Hyundai and am so glad I did. The price I paid was at least $5,000 less than other cars and this one has more included extras. Very reliable, great gas mileage, comfortable. My next car will be a Hyundai also in 3-4 years.…
